Keith Garde, Acting Co-Executive Director
Keith Garde, President/CEO and founder of PKA Management, Inc., has a career of more than twenty-five years in the music and entertainment industries.
He brings 30 years of experience in the music business to Clean Green Music Machine – from producing the first "Video 45" for Sony to co-managing the super group, Aerosmith. Keith serves as advisor to leaders in diverse fields and has developed collaborative relationships with world-renowned entertainment companies, product brands and humanitarian organizations. Keith serves on the Board of Advisors for the Music Experience Design Lab at New York University.
Keith has a B.A. from Cornell University and is in the process of completing the Management and Leadership program at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Jodi Willinsky Hill, Acting Co-Executive Director
Jodi Wilinsky Hill is a consultant in the not-for-profit sector. Her work spans the start-up phase and management, organization development and crisis consulting, mental health, education, and fund raising. All of Jodi’s work is based on deeply held beliefs about human dignity, equity, and access. Developing and managing cross-sector partnerships are a passion: Jodi is a big believe in the power of collaboration.
Jodi holds a Master’s degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BA in Biology from Wesleyan University
Dr. Dennis O’Brien, Treasurer
An executive coach and senior consultant with Right Management, Dr. Dennis O’Brien has more than 25 years of experience guiding senior executives in the healthcare, life sciences, high tech, and financial services industries as they navigate career and role transitions. As an organizational psychologist with deep business acumen, he has helped many C-suite executives accelerate their ramp-up to new leadership roles and built high-performing senior leadership teams.
Prior to joining Right Management, Dennis was an executive consultant with RHR International. Before that he worked at Personnel Decisions International, where he served as the general manager of the Boston office as well as the practice leader for executive coaching. Dennis has also served as an adjunct professor in Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Department.
Jon Macey Hall, MM, LADC-1
Jon Macey Hall is currently the director of public health programs at Boston Medical Center, where he has worked since 1999. Prior to that he worked at Victory Programs and CAB Health and Recovery, Boston-area agencies serving substance use disorder clients.
Under his stage name, Jon Macey, he has more than 40 years of experience as a professional musician and songwriter. He is still active as a singer/songwriter, record producer and band leader, with recordings.
Jon, who has been in recovery for more than 26 years, understands first-hand the consequences of drug addiction, including, at times, legal, medical, psychological and financial difficulties that all had to be overcome. He has direct understanding of what it is like to be a hopeless person seeking help and not knowing where to turn or how to change. He brings with him the story of his long battle with addiction and his lengthy climb back to a clean, fulfilling life.
With expertise in public health and addiction work, life experience as an artist whose career was destroyed by drugs, and ability to communicate to others the hope for recovery, Jon is dedicated to helping others, especially creative individuals who may need a sensitive or atypical approach to addiction treatment.
Jon has a Bachelor’s Degree in Public and Community Service, a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management, and is a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor.
Ralph Jaccodine began his career in music as a musician and concert promoter in Allentown, PA. and then as the concert director at the University of Notre Dame. He has worked with artists such as Bruce Springsteen, Kiss, Rush, Hall and Oates, Doobie Brothers, Todd Rungren, Kansas, Styx, Livingston Taylor and others. After running his own downtown Boston commercial real estate company for 12 years, he joined Mike Dreese, the co-founder of Newbury Comics, one of the nation's leading retail music chains, in starting Black Wolf Records, an independent record label.
In 1992 he founded Ralph Jaccodine Management and has worked with artists that include Livingston Taylor,Shun Ng, Rebecca Loebe, Martin Sexton, The Push Stars, Flynn, Antje Duvekot, The Adam Ezra Group, Johnny A, Works Progress Administration (Glen Phillips, Sean Watkins & Luke Bulla), Vinx, Averi, Bang Camaro, Amy Black and Susan Cattaneo.
Ralph is the co-founder of the Boston Management Group, a professional organization started 25 years ago with Tim Collins, the longtime manager of Aerosmith. He is on the board of directors of International Folk Alliance, Club Passim, Right Turn and The Hope Collaborative, and is on the advisory board of WUMB and worked with Ernie Boch Jr's 'Music Drives Us' Foundation. Since 2012, Ralph has taught in the Business/Management Department at Berklee College of Music in Boston, the nation's top college for music. He is the recipient of the 2015 Dean's Award for Innovation and Service at Berklee.
Ralph is a frequent speaker at industry events such as: Folk Alliance International, SXSW, CMJ, The American Music Conference, Berklee's Re-Think Music Conference and the Eagles Leadership Conference in Singapore as well as speaking at Berklee College of Music, Northeastern University, Harvard University, Emerson College, Tufts University, Singapore Polytechnic, UCSI University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and others. The proud father of two college students, Ralph is happy living a vigorous, yet contemplative life.
Joseph Pereira, MSW, LICSW, CAS
Joseph Pereira is the co-founder of Outlook Associates of New England, where he has worked since 1997. He provides treatment services to individuals experiencing anger management difficulties as well as substance use problems. Joseph also trains and consults in workplace personal safety, anger management and communication skills. In the past, he has provided psychological services at the Plymouth Juvenile Secure Unit, the Boston Regional Medical Center, and Bridgewater State Hospital.
Joseph has been a lecturer at Boston University Graduate School of Social Work since January 2013. He is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and served as the co-chairperson of the NASW Alcohol and Drug Abuse Committee, Massachusetts Chapter from 1994 to 2005.
Phil Rosenfield is a retired partner of JN Phillips Auto Glass, where he spent more than 40 years. Phil enjoys baseball, basketball and playing jazz drums. He is currently a partner at Rose Realty Partners, LLC.
From 2006 to 2010, Phil owned the Holyoke Giants and the North Shore Navigators of the New England Collegiate Baseball League. He is the founder of The Worcester Tornadoes Baseball team of Can Am Independent Unaffiliated, a minor baseball league in 2004.
A graduate of Swampscott High School class of 1970, Phil holds a BA in Psychology from Syracuse University.
A true creative spirit, Barry Rosenthal is continually inventing new ideas, exploring new opportunities, and providing big-picture thinking. An entrepreneur and a businessman, he has spent more than three decades in the fields of marketing, advertising, broadcasting, and publishing. For the past 25 years, he has been the CEO of B/R Creative Group, which he founded in 1992. Prior to that, Barry spent almost a decade at the creative helm of Spotwise, one of the nation’s premiere broadcast marketing agencies. While there, he created award-winning campaigns for NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, Donahue, Disney, Showtime, USA Network, Major League Baseball, and ESPN. His work for television stations such as WBBM, WRC, WCAU, WCBS, WSVN, WWOR, and WPXI is equally notable. In addition, Barry helped to launch the Food Network and Sci-Fi Channel.
Before Spotwise, Barry was the director of creative services for WCVB-TV, Boston and part of the team that helped the station become No. 1 for the first time in its history. The ultimate testament came from a New York Times article declaring WCVB “the best television station in the country.” Before WCVB, Barry produced television programs at WBZ-TV, including the ground-breaking and Emmy Award-winning program “Evening Magazine.”
A New Haven, CT native, Barry is an alumnus of Emerson College in Boston.
Donna Wolfe has participated in the successful re-entering for more than 200 clients into the workplace and society-at-large. She is Vocational Sober Coach at East Coast Recovery Services and Tharros House and has been in private practice since 2010.
Donna brings years of mentorship from her 20-year business of Corporate Event expert) at Brandeis, Bentley University and The University of New Hampshire. Her speaking topics of “Time Management”, “Grace under Pressure” and “Courage in the Workplace” have exposed thousands of executives to the tenets of the program of Alcoholics Anonymous. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Granada House in Allston, MA, where she moderates a group in Relapse Prevention. She also sits on the Board of Professional Conference Managers Association.
Donna is graduate of University of Massachusetts Amherst and has degrees from University of Miami.
Cheri Zunick is involved in elementary education in the Newton public school system. A mother who lost her son to opiate addiction, she has been instrumental in raising awareness of substance abuse in her community. She started a special fund in memory of her son, which led to the creation of the Zunick House, a sober house in Boston.
She is honored to be able to serve on the board of directors for Right Turn to ensure the programs offered will be here for many years to come. Making a difference in people's lives is her passion.
Cheri has a Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and a Master’s degree in Education. She is also a certified behavior therapist.

Peter Marton is a lecturer in entrepreneurship, innovation, and strategy at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. He also is an entrepreneur-in-residence at BU’s Buzz Lab venture accelerator and serves as Director of Entrepreneurial Partnerships for the university. Prior to joining BU, he was a successful entrepreneur for 25 years, having been a founder and/or senior executive in a number of high-tech start-ups, turnarounds, social ventures, and high-profile companies, including Cambridge Technology Partners, Zamba Solutions, Primix Solutions, Fidelity Investments, Computervision and IBM. Peter’s success is due in no small part to has a his hands-on leadership style.
Peter graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Tufts University with a degree in nuclear physics, and earned an MBA from Stanford.

Clinical director of Right Turn since 1995, Abby Dean has a professional training rooted in social work, public health and psychotherapy. Her vision is to create a program where people feel a sense of community. Abby believes that all individuals deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and that fostering individual creativity is critical for recovery.
Before arriving at Right Turn, Abby designed and ran various substance use disorder and mental health recovery programs, a residential program for opiate-addicted women and their children, and a women’s treatment program.
Woody Giessmann LADC – I, CADC, CIP, CEO and Founder
“I became an addictions specialist in 1993, after my experiencing the devastating effects of drug and alcohol use disorder as the drummer for the rock band, The Del Fuegos. I became keenly aware of the need for innovative services, continuous support, and ongoing encouragement for people who have been affected by addictions and mental health disorders.”
The founder and Chairman of Right Turn, Woody Giessmann is a professional interventionist and a member of The Pennsylvania Certification Board (CIP). He was recently appointed to the Board of Ethics for The Association for Intervention Specialists (AIS). Having spent many years of his professional life in music and the visual arts, Woody believes that the creative mission of Right Turn is of paramount importance.

Simon Kirke is the drummer for Bad Company and Free. He has been an honorary member of Right Turn’s board since 2005.
Tony V is an actor and comedian known around the world as the Police Sargent to Melissa McCarthy and Sandra Bullock in the feature movie THE HEAT and the umbrella man on Seinfeld. In addition to being a popular headliner at clubs and colleges all over the free world, Tony V has worked with Jay Leno, Dennis Miller, Bobcat Goldthwait, Steven Wright, Adam Sandler and countless other friends and nationally known acts. Tony has opened for Kenny Rogers, The Temptations, Billy Ray Cyrus, The Beach Boys and Joan Jett.
Gary Hofstetter is a member of The Davis Company, a Boston-based private equity real estate firm. He has been associated with Right Turn as both an ardent supporter and as a member of the Board since 2007. Gary leverages his strong real estate and finance skills to promote Right Turn’s long-term stability and growth.
Ernie Boch Jr. has been a leader in the auto business for many years. He has been a supporter of Right Turn since the doors opened in 2003. In his spare time, he enjoys playing rock and blues on his electric guitar.
David McDonnell is the founder/president of two consulting groups in the international payment processing industry. Before that, he held numerous positions in the technology and financial services industry. An active member of the recovery community for the past 14 years, David became involved with Right Turn in 2007, after the tragic death of his brother.
